I did not get a verification email?

If you do not receive the verification email the possible reasons are :

1.   The email has been put into your email junk/spam folder, please check this.

  • If yes then make sure you mark the email as being 'Not Junk', by doing this it will ensure future emails from us are not seen as junk by your email system.
  • On receipt of the verification email follow the instructions (click on verification link within email or copy paste the link into your browser). This then completes the registration process and verifies your account and you are all set to start using StuffAlert.

2.   If for whatever reason the email is not in your email inbox or  junk/spam folders you can request another verification email to be sent to the email address you registered with us by doing the following:

  • Sign in to www.StuffAlert.com using the username or email along with your password you created at registration.
  • Go to My Account and Edit My Details where you will see the link that says 're-send verification email'. Simply click on this link and the system will re-send the verification email to your email address.
  • On receipt of the verification email follow the instructions (click on verification link within email or copy paste the link into your browser). This then completes the registration process and verifies your account and you are all set to start using StuffAlert.

3.   If all this does not work, firstly we appologise but please feel free to Contact Us using the subject 'Registration' and we will sort this out for you as soon as we can.
